Which is better Facial Roller or Gua Sha?
Both tools are equally important. The Gua Sha tool will assist with draining lymphatic fluid. It helps in toning and contouring facial muscles. It boosts blood flow and circulates stagnant blood from the face. The Gua Sha should be used at room temperature.
We recommend using a face roller to reduce puffiness, to apply serums or oils and to soothe the skin. The face roller tool is best used when chilled
It is preferable to use these tools together. Begin with the Gual Sha tool and end with the facial roller
Can you harm yourself with the Gua Sha?
If used properly, the Gua sha tool shouldn't hurt. After all, you're determining the pressure you use and the skin you apply it to. If your skin becomes irritated or sore, reduce the pressure or cease using it altogether.
How do I store my Gua Sha?
Your Gua sha tool should be used at room temperature and it shouldn't be cold. The cold tends to constrict blood vessels, which is the opposite of what you want.
Should it hurt when using my face roller?
If used properly, the roller shouldn't hurt. Its purpose is to soothe the skin. If your skin becomes irritated or sore, reduce the pressure or discontinue using it altogether.
How do I store my face roller?
Jade is adaptive in nature and tends to warm with skin contact. For maximum results, try keeping your Jade Face roller in the fridge prior to using.
How often should I use the facial tools?
For best results, try using these tools every day for about one to three minutes.
How should I clean my facial tools?
The facial tools should be wiped down with a dry or moist facial wipe only on the jade parts.
